Tonight my oldest Zach, won a silver medal in his fencing class quarterly tournament! You can read about it here, with photos! He is very excited as well.
Way to go Zach.. see hard work does pay off!!!
I meant to answer your question yesterday when I visited your blog, but I guess I just forgot... I have yet to read The China Study, but I've heard nothing but good things about it. Very cool that you will be attending the Veg Fest! I meant to go both last year and this year but both coincided with serious moves (Chicago back to NY and now moving into a house). I guess there's always 2009. Have fun!
